As our repair facility is located in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, we offer personal pick-up and delivery to all customers in the Twin Cities Metro Area at no extra charge. Your instrument will be delivered to our repair facility the same day you call with a turn-around-time of 1-4 business days after approval. A loaner is not usually necessary, as our turn-around-time is normally between 1-4 business days. However, we have a full inventory of loaner equipment available at no additional cost should the need arise.
